Not Myself Today

Mental illness costs the Canadian economy $51B per year in lost productivity, but the Not Myself Today campaign is working to remove the stigma of mental health in the workplace.

Created by Art & Science and Public Inc. for the Canadian Mental Health Association, the annual campaign offers companies numerous ways to get involved—from downloading information kits to sharing personal stories and donating money.
