Our visual identity focused on elements that would make it more personal, empathetic and recognize that people living with debt are emotionally charged. Our imagery is the least stock-focused as possible. No fake joy, just real smiles. And it’s mindful of diversity.
Calming the nervous system with colours that reduce stress and anxiety–and that’s fresh and modern for a millennial and younger audience. But not alienating a 45-65 year old.

Instead of solely a product or service focus, the content focuses on actionable advice, the right information at the right time, and pathways to solutions showing “the truth about debt.” This approach sets the Farber brand apart and helps people see a way to act and deal with immediate problems.

Since this was a mobile-first website, we structured the architecture to reduce cognitive overload with pathways to seeing solutions as easy to understand and achievable. All roads led to book a consultation, but the journey was the most empathetic as possible.
