NORR’s architectural projects span globally – and with offices around the world, the new website also needed to resonate with international clientele. We portrayed NORR’s global reach by choosing to segment their portfolio of work by industry rather than by region. This allowed users to see the breadth of NORR’s projects in various industries, without a localized lens.
In addition to working directly with NORR, we also collaborated with Lever – a third party recruitment service. By keeping the Lever team apprised of the finalized wireframes and design layouts, we were able to work with them to identify and mitigate any flags prior to integration. This level of collaboration also allowed both Art & Science and Lever to come together to advise NORR on the optimal ways to use the integration services within the new website environment.
